Think of something that you can offer your subscriber for free that will build their confidence in your product or your expertise.  It could be a free sample, an ebook or free advise.

 Whatever you offer for free has to be of real value, no fluff and no garbage.  If your offer is not helpful you will lose their interest but if you offer real value your potential customer will be looking at whatever product you have to sell because they have a certain amount of trust in what you have for sale.  As long as you have given something of true value your potential customer will buy and keep on buying.  Now you have built a very lucrative relationship.  Satisfied customers will tell others about your products and so on.  Word of mouth is powerful.
